Climate action
The Porto School of Hospitality and Tourism has already implemented several climate action measures, including food waste reduction, surplus valorization, efficient waste management, and the promotion of sustainable practices in restaurants and hotels, thus supporting the circular economy. Additionally, the school organizes surplus food donations to social institutions, contributing to solidarity and inclusion. To raise environmental awareness within its community, the school also promotes awareness campaigns and training initiatives.
